1. Who we are

This website (kreativeentertainment.com) is operated by Kreative Entertainment Private Limited (“Kreative”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62099WB2023PTC260185), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Kreative Building, Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us or when it is technically necessary:

Project inquiries (Contact form): your name, email address, optional phone number and company, project type, budget range and message.
Job applications (Careers form): your name, email, phone number, city, role, experience, optional portfolio and LinkedIn links, your résumé/CV file and any message you include.
Security data: your IP address is used to protect our forms against spam and abuse (rate limiting). We store it only in a one-way hashed form for a short period. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics data: only if you accept optional cookies. See Cookies and analytics.

Please don’t send sensitive personal data (such as financial, health or identity documents) through our forms.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and communicate with you about a potential project.
To assess job applications, contact candidates and run our hiring process.
To keep the website and our forms secure, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
With your consent, to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or accept optional cookies, and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as responding to a request you initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights). We never sell your personal data.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website, under contracts that protect it:

Web hosting: our hosting provider stores the website and form submissions.
Email: Zoho Mail hosts our mailboxes, and Brevo delivers the website’s form notifications to them.
Delivery and security: Cloudflare serves the website and protects it from attacks; it processes technical data such as IP addresses.
Analytics and advertising (only after consent): Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel), if enabled.
Spam protection (if enabled): Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from people.
Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Some providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on transfers permitted under applicable law and on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep data

Project inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a project agreement requires longer.
Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you join us, your data moves to your employee record.
Hashed rate-limiting data: up to 24 hours.
Server logs: typically up to 30 days, per our hosting provider’s settings.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, strict server-side validation, CSRF protection and spam controls on every form. Uploaded files are checked, renamed and stored outside the public website. Access to submissions is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
correct, complete or update inaccurate data;
request erasure of your data when it is no longer needed;
withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and
raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

We keep cookies to a minimum:

9. Children

This website is intended for business visitors and job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Our games and apps

This policy covers this website only. Each game or app we publish has its own privacy policy, available from its store listing and in-app settings.
