Our process

Seven levels from first spark to live game.

A proven, transparent workflow that finds the fun early, de-risks production and keeps your game healthy long after launch. Scroll to play through it.

Process phases

  1. Phase 01

    Discover

    1–2 weeks

Every great game or app starts with a sharp question. We run workshops with your team to understand the audience, market, constraints and business model, then agree on the KPIs that will define success.

    What happens

    • Stakeholder workshops
    • Market and competitor teardown
    • Audience and platform analysis
    • KPI and budget alignment

    You receive

    • Discovery brief
    • Success metrics
    • High-level roadmap
  2. Phase 02

    Concept & Prototype

    2–4 weeks

Ideas are cheap; playable proof is priceless. We turn the strongest concepts into rapid greybox prototypes, test them with real players, and keep only what feels great in the hand.

    What happens

    • Concept sketches and pillars
    • Greybox prototypes
    • Internal and external playtests
    • Core-loop iteration

    You receive

    • Playable prototype
    • Playtest report
    • Go / pivot recommendation
  3. Phase 03

    Pre-production

    3–6 weeks

We turn the validated prototype into a production-ready plan: design documentation, technical architecture, art bible and a vertical slice that represents final quality.

    What happens

    • Game or product design document
    • Technical architecture and tooling
    • Art bible and style frames
    • Vertical slice

    You receive

    • Production plan and backlog
    • Vertical slice build
    • Risk register
  4. Phase 04

    Production

    3–9 months

Cross-functional pods build features, content and polish in two-week sprints. You get a playable build and a demo at the end of every sprint, plus full access to our tracker.

    What happens

    • Agile sprints with demos
    • Feature and content production
    • Continuous integration builds
    • Analytics instrumentation

    You receive

    • Sprint builds
    • Sprint reports
    • Alpha and beta milestones
  5. Phase 05

    QA & Certification

    Ongoing + 2–4 weeks

Quality is built in from sprint one, then intensified before launch. Our testers cover functionality, performance, compatibility and store compliance on a real-device lab.

    What happens

    • Functional and regression testing
    • Device and OS compatibility
    • Performance and battery profiling
    • Store-policy pre-checks

    You receive

    • Test reports
    • Device-coverage matrix
    • Release candidate
  6. Phase 06

    Launch

    2–8 weeks

We soft-launch in selected markets, measure retention and monetisation against targets, tune, and then roll out globally. Store listings and ASO are prepared to give the launch every advantage.

    What happens

    • Soft launch in test markets
    • KPI analysis and tuning
    • Store listings and ASO
    • Global rollout

    You receive

    • Soft-launch report
    • Launch build
    • Store presence
  7. Phase 07

    Live-ops & Support

    Ongoing

Launch is the start of the journey. We run events and content drops, tune economies, monitor stability, and ship regular updates that keep players coming back.

    What happens

    • Event calendars and content updates
    • Economy and balance tuning
    • Crash and ANR monitoring
    • Monthly KPI reviews

    You receive

    • Live-ops calendar
    • Update releases
    • Monthly performance report
